mindstretch® sessions

We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver information about our mindstretch® events. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve these notices. For more information, please see The Rocket Science Group’s privacy policy.

We ask those who wish to attend the mindstretch® sessions to give us their email address so we can inform them about the sessions and the podcasts which are produced post session – the emails are ONLY ever about the mindstretch® sessions.

People who use fe3’s services

fe3 offers various services to the business community and to individuals who approach us for coaching.

We have to hold the details of the people who have requested the service in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person or organisation has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, this will include updates on the progress of a project, or invoicing.

We might also use information about people who have done business with us to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received.

When people subscribe to our blog and any publications or podcasts, they can cancel their subscription at any time and are given an easy way of doing this.

We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not keep it for longer than is necessary. We monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software.
