​I'm an executive coach, trainer and thinking partner and I have worked with a whole range of people – from unemployed PR managers to board executives and Deputy Chief Constables  - to identify what might change to make their working lives better.

My coaching assignments have been varied, from considering career choices and planning and moving into new roles, to dealing more effectively with the boss. I support clients to gain new skills, new insights and new confidence and work with this to face organisational challenges. I work with coaching clients for a minimum of three session, but often for longer and after contact, the coaching can often begin with a week or so. I coach mostly online.

I also start conversations with teams when things aren't clicking, or stuff is falling through the gaps to improve performance and talk through the difficult topics. Much of this work is done face to face.

My executive development assignments have included first line managerial skills, dealing with conflict and helping organisations create a coaching culture.  This work too, is face to face, although I am a qualified online facilitator and can develop online development sessions.

Organisational development work has included projects on values, equipping managers to manage performance more effectively, enabling organisations to live their brand, and creating coaching and mentoring programmes.​​​​
