How fe3 uses your information

This privacy notice tells you what to expect when fe3 Limited collects personal information. It applies to information we collect about:

  • visitors to our website;
  • client satisfaction surveys
  • complainants 
  • clients and businesses who use our services 

fe3 Limited does not, and will never sell your data

What data do we hold?

We hold only the information that you send or tell us about in the course of business. This will include:

  • Name
  • Contact details (Business address, invoicing address, email, phone numbers) 
  • Information from coaching sessions if you are a coachee, including CVs 
  • Information to support the service we are providing

We are responsible for keeping your data secure and accurate and only using it for the purposes for which it was acquired. We keep your contact data for five years; information about projects and client work we may hold for longer. 

What we do with the information we gather

When we collect and use your personal information we will make sure this is only done in accordance with at least one of the legal grounds available to us under Data Protection law as follows:

  • If you have engaged us for consulting, coaching or project work, your details will be used to assist with administering this work.
  • If you have signed up to our newsletter, we will use the email address you have provided to send electronic notifications of new services, new associates and other updates which are relevant to those interested in our services. 

fe3 Limited will not share your personal information with any third parties unless we are required by law to do so or a third party has been contracted by us to perform the activities referred to above on our behalf. 

In all cases, we balance our legitimate interest against your rights as an individual and make sure we only use personal information in a way or for a purpose that you would reasonably expect in accordance with this Privacy Notice and that does not intrude on your privacy or expressed mailing preferences.

Where we store your personal data

Our data storage is through Microsoft and the data servers are situated in London and Dublin. If the data that we collect from you is transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).  Where this is the case we will ensure that data is transferred securely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

What are your rights?

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.

  • You have a legal right to access information that fe3 holds on you and we will send you what information we hold, why we are holding it and who it has been disclosed to 
  • You can ask for fe3 to stop using that data if it is causing you unjustified damage or distress

If you want access to any personal information we have, please contact us by email requesting this. If you agree, we’ll try and deal with it informally over the phone. If we have any details that are incorrect, these can also be amended by email or over the telephone. 

Visitors to our website

We use a third party service, WordPress.com, to publish content on our website. WordPress requires visitors that want to post a comment to enter a name and email address. For more information about how WordPress processes data, please see Automattic’s privacy notice.

WordPress also collects cookies (small text files) for session information, storing the data from those visitors who comment on articles, podcasts and news releases etc; this makes the use of our site easier and some are essential to the working of the website, enabling you, for example, to move from page to page. In addition, the site employs plug-ins to enhance standard WordPress functionality, which uses some additional cookies: https://jetpack.com/support/cookies/. We do not use Google Analytics. 

If fe3 wants to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we ask visitors to complete their details, so we can continue to be in contact. We will make it clear what we intend to do with their details. They can unsubscribe at any time.

Our website search engine on the site just allows visitors to find content on the site. No information is stored. 

The website is hosted by Brixly Hosting – https://brixly.uk/. All data is stored in the UK. The website collects the registration details of blog commenters, and contact form details.

People who use fe3’s services

fe3 offers various services to the business community and to individuals who approach us for coaching. 

We have to hold the details of the people who have requested services in order to provide it. However, we only use these details to provide the service the person has requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, this will include updates on the progress of a project or invoicing. 

We might also use information about people who have done business with us to carry out a survey to find out if they are happy with the level of service they received. 

We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not keep it for longer than is necessary. We monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. 

People who work with us

Occasionally, fe3 works with partners or associates to deliver services to clients. The information we collect is essential to the delivery of these services and would include:

  • Name
  • Contact details (Business address, invoicing address, email, phone numbers) 
  • Bank details
  • Information which supports the service we are providing

This information will be kept for the length of the contract and for five years afterwards. Information about the client work may be kept for longer. 

People who make a complaint to us

If you agree, we will try to deal with your request informally, for example by providing you with the specific information you need over the telephone. If not, we will correspond by email.
